Epic Mickey: Tales of Wasteland is a comic series.
History[]
The series Tales of Wasteland was created following the idea of Warren Specotr (creator of the first Epic Mickey) as a way to promote the video game, the graphic novel and the movie (which was in development at the time but was later cancelled). Daringly, Spector hired renowned american comic writer Peter David to plot the six planned short stories taking place before the Thinner Disaster. The series subsequently also happens before the Mad Doctor's betrayal, which allows David to flesh out the relationship that existed between him and Oswald before he was corrupted by the Blot.
Plot[]
In Wasteland, Oswald the Lucky Rabbit lives a peaceful life with his wife Ortensia and their 420 bunny children, even though Oswald still dreams about going back to the real world and resuming his career as the movie star he was before Mickey Mouse came in and overshadowed him.
