Hats all, folks ! is a story by William Van Horn.
Description[]
Rumpus McFowl loses his bowler hat because of a strong wind, at the same time as another man. And when both of them thinks they take back their hat, they have of course actually taken each other's hat. The problem is that the man had written on the inside of his that the code of a safe and can't open it anymore now that he has lost the hat. He then tries to retrieve the hat, but Rumpus thinks he's a wacky thief and stops him everytime.
